How to Keep Your Teeth White and Bright Through the Holidays




Refresh with Whitening Gel - If you already have professionally made teeth whitening trays, stop by the dental office and pick up a new tube of gel for a quick boost.

Limit Foods that StainCoffee, tea, red wine, and other bright colored foods and drinks are the biggest offenders.

Use a Straw – This protects your tooth enamel by limiting exposure to the staining foods.

Swish with Water – When you do decide to indulge, swish afterwards to rinse your teeth clean.
