Begin by taking a deep breath and
clearing your mind
- Stand on one leg (Stork Pose) as you brush your teeth
- Hold the toothbrush in your non-dominant hand to stimulate your brain
- Move into mindful meditation as you move the brush over each tooth
- Chant “Ommmm” as you floss
- Practice Laughter Yoga to improve your mood and exercise your jaw
- Smile at yourself in the mirror and say, “I love you.”
And, when you are done, go share that
smile with the world!
