Dental Yoga: The Perfect Way to Start Your Day


Begin by taking a deep breath and clearing your mind
  • Stand on one leg (Stork Pose) as you brush your teeth
  • Hold the toothbrush in your non-dominant hand to stimulate your brain
  • Move into mindful meditation as you move the brush over each tooth
  • Chant “Ommmm” as you floss
  • Practice Laughter Yoga to improve your mood and exercise your jaw
  • Smile at yourself in the mirror and say, “I love you.”

And, when you are done, go share that smile with the world!
